SAGITTARIUS NEW MOON – Your Journey of Awareness

Today the SUN and the MOON meet in the sky in the sign of SAGITTARIUS. It is the time of the NEW MOON and a good time to set our intentions for the next 28/29 days.
Along our trail of 13 New Moons we set intentions to activate and start up projects, dreams and relationships (ARIES), we gathered our resources (Taurus), made connections (Gemini), focused on our self-care (Cancer), developed our self-expression (Leo), regrouped our energy (Virgo), honed our relationships and partnerships (Libra); we faced challenges and went deep into the process of understanding, healing and transformation (yes, you guessed: Scorpio!).
SAGITTARIUS is a big picture FIRE sign!
With this SAGITTARIUS NEW MOON we may well feel a sense of EXPANSION and renewed ENTHUSIASM as we emerge from the deep, intense and transformative waters of Scorpio.
SAGITTARIUS is about INTEGRATING our experiences and moving forward with a clear INNER VISION.
SAGITTARIUS is the traveler of the zodiac, always looking to expand horizons – inner and outer.
The NEW MOON is a time of introspection and a time to set intentions – we can create a ritual to ground these intentions.
As you set your intentions look at the big picture: Where are you going? What are your motivations? What makes sense?
Then during this lunar cycle remember to:
Trust in the abundance of the universe and be open to the opportunities life offers.

FULL MOON IN GEMINI + SUN IN SAGITTARIUS

At the time of the Full Moon the Sun and Moon form an opposition in the sky. As the Sun in Sagittarius sets in the West, the Full Moon in Gemini starts to rise in the East. The Full Moon is a celebratory moment and we are starting to integrate some of the intentions we created at the time of the New Moon.
After our journey through the deep, intense and transformative waters of Scorpio, this expansive Sagittarius energy helps spark the fire of our inner vision and sense of the deeper meaning of our life journey. Things start coming together, we start seeing the connections between the different stages of our journey, we start integrating. We can perceive that there is an abundance of energy available in the universe and we can embody a sense of confidence that life itself has the answers to our questions, life itself will open the doors of possibility.
This Full Moon in Gemini, then, illuminates the path forward. As we align with this expansive energy, we see that things open up and horizon becomes wider, new possibilities appear as well as solutions we hadn't contemplated - suddenly we are in the presence of "good luck". We feel a boost of energy, and this gives us the impulse to step into our good luck and ride with it.
But let’s remember Mercury still in retrograde, so before we fully venture into the new, let’s take a moment to look back for at the path traveled - are there patterns that are still holding us back? Ties we can let go of? This is the time for a clean slate.
Tonight, we propose that you take the piece of paper with your Scorpio New Moon intentions and that you burn them.
