On January 5, 2019 the SUN and the Moon meet for their cyclic NEW MOON rendezvous in the sign of CAPRICORN at the time of a partial SOLAR ECLIPSE.
Capricorn is associated with the qualities of concrete responsibility, having a strong sense of purpose, being hard working and tenacious.
The NEW MOON is a time of new beginnings and planting the seeds for what we would like to come to fruition in the future.
Within the 3 days around the New Moon take time to reflect on the path you have been on since the Aries New Moon (March 31st, 2018), the start our New Moon journey. Think about themes related to your work and responsibilities, the effort you put into building your life, how you relate to authority figures.
Make a list of your achievements.
Capricorn is related to themes of work and responsibility, authority and purpose.
It is a time to reflect on our life journey, looking back at the path we forged with effort, and take in our achievements.
Have I become wiser?
Did I learn something from my experiences? If so, what?
What are the building blocks I developed for my life?
Did I reach my goals and objectives?
Am I efficient? Do I need to work harder and focus more? Do I overwork and over exert myself? Does this make me more or less efficient in my work?
What have I achieved?
Be kind with yourself.
It has been a harsh year for many and yet you have done so much. Take in all the effort and determination you put into your life and allow yourself to take in all your achievements and acknowledge the path you have been on.

When you are ready prepare a space and include the FOUR ELEMENTS. Light a candle
for FIRE, have a bowl filled with WATER, bring a crystal for EARTH and light an incense stick for AIR. Sit in that space and take a moment to quiet yourself.
Then write your list of INTENTIONS and GOALS for moving forward.
For each goal also write the steps you will take to reach the goal
and include a time frame for completing your goal. Keep this list.PARTIAL ECLIPSE
At the time of this Capricorn New Moon there is a partial eclipse. This intensifies the energy of the new moon.
